why? They've got a hard running inside/outside player who can deliver the ball with precision now, his name is Polec. For three years they've wasted that role on Mitchell and McArthy, both offered intensity but would turn it over with a lack of penetrative skill or understanding of pressured forward movement. Polec won't waste too many ball, to paraphrase Jonathan Brown "if your leading up as the ball is hitting your forward fifty, you want the ball in Polec's hands"
