Figured I'd return the favour.

DEF: Reckon you still need a Bartel or McVeigh in that lineup. Best to downgrade Weller to Martin or Langdon and upgrade Broadbent.

MID: I feel that with McDonald on your bench, there's far too much money sitting there with better value options like Crouch or Cunningham available. Probably would have Danger in the mids over Martin. Don't know why, don't suppose it matters.

RUC: Too risky having both Nic Nat and Sandi. Really need a solid starter you can bank on. You can't bank on either of those two at the moment. Look at Lobbe or Luey for Nic Nat IMO.

FWD: No faults here, looks really solid.

CONCLUSION: Some minor tweaks to be made, but youre on the right track. 7.5/10.

Thanks for the comments. Yeah, might tweak the backline, but though Weller might be a good POD if he pays off.

Will tweak the rookies as selections come through, but agree, probably too much $ on the bench in the midfield.

If I go away from NicNat, I'm considering Mumford. Thoughts?

I have McDonald and Martin in the midfield deliberately for DPP purposes. Got caught out last year not having the greater flexibility.

things I would do to that team are trade Bartel to McVeigh and Hanely to Simpson as Hanely will get tagged and Bartel just wont score as much as McVeigh also watch out for having 2 starting rookies in defence could back fire this year.

Pendles should do better than Swan so maybe do a trade there upgrade boyd to Libba and Martin is a risk in your midfield but I like it as your forward line is still strong! rookies are all solid

Mumford could be good but what about Giles does he still play there or?

Wingard has only had one big season so I think he is too risky and you should go with someone else

I must say I do like the pods in this team!
