So we've selected the team that will win the big prize, the money leagues and bragging rights.

After the first weekend's matches all looking swell.

Then Crouch, McDonald, Webster, Dunstan, Giorgiou, JKH, Langford, Honeychurch, Thurlow, Hartung, Kersten and Colledge get overlooked at selection.

Do YOU have a plan to cover this?

Where is that little stash of money you always said you'd put aside now?

PS - this can be made into a life lesson to you young people - start putting your super away now.

The plan is pick the rookies you like from the first week who get named and trust your rookie research to back in week 2 guys, if they don't get named there should be a few other week 2 options and if not..Trust that you have selected the right rookies based on thorough research as to which rookies fill holes in certain teams.
Stay away from guys like Cunningham who are named R1 vs teams like GWS.

Simple.
Was this thread really necessary?  ;)

Only necessary for the last line.

^^ have to disagree with you there as well my friend..forget about super kids...by the time this generations 20yo's are 70..the new retirement age will be 90! & that's if your employer is actually putting it in..(personal experience with close mates)..try doing anything about it as well...its a nightmare of paperwork and time that the police simply don't care for.

Ah yes, but there will not be enough welfare to pay for your aged care. There will be no jobs for those over 60. There will still be that fetid smell of dank urine in the homes provided by the Government.

Start squirreling some away peoples.

I fully expect the government sees a kind of ''Work For The Dole'' type scheme playing a large role in the future of getting older people to earn some Income and stay productive...not saying i am for this but i think that is the only logical option for the aged population long term..costs of living are only going up and minimum wage/average wages are nowhere near keeping up & from what i understand it will simply be to big a burden for the future Governments to cover all the aged pensioners.
Unless something dramatic happens i can only see the majority of average income earners spending more money/running up more personal debt and saving less.

The other option is to win Supercoach each year.

Flower super. Reckon a bus will hit me a 65y/o.  :o Have your cake and eat it too!

As for SC... every year I get suckied into last minute changes, then the rookies that were the solid up until the final teams were announced move in and show their class. Stay the course!!!!!!!!!!!! Solid rookies are solid rookies whether or not they are named week one and whether or not their first game or two is good.
