Any of you runnin' with the cap'n at this stage?
At this stage I'm thinking of having a forward8 donut instead of the usual ruck4.

I don't see the point of running an F8 donut. The fact is, you'll likely have a R4 donut each week anyway as we don't have the luxury of guys like Giles, Smith, Nicholls, Blicavs etc that we have had over the last few years. So you'll likely be missing out on that extra cash generation (and bench cover) throughout the year.

I also just don't see the point of purposely trying to get someone who won't play a game. I don't think I had all 30 guys playing at all last year due to injuries, players getting rested, or rookies just not playing every single game.

Its a waste IMO when used in the forward line! Only should be used in the rucks as they're not going to be playing anyway. You are just going to be behind the 8-ball if you have a potential 200k+ less cash generation.
