Might be easier with my team posted..

D: McVeigh, Mitchell, Hodge, Suckling, McDonald, Laidler (Thompson, Fuller)
M: Ablett, Pendlebury, Rockliff, Beams, Thomas, Polec, Michie, Ellis (Dunstan, Crouch)
R: Grundy, Sandilands (Derickx, Nankervis)
F: Dangerfield, Martin, Franklin, Zorko, Hawkins, Markworth (Garlett, Kennedy-Harris)
$157.6k remaining

Just a bit cautious about none of these fwd and def rookies getting named Round 1 and trying to put in a few premiums up either end of the ground. What do people think? Is it a year when the mids can be kept dry with the amount of good rookie players available?

GCSkiwi

Wait and see. If Garlett named round 1, option A. If not, option B, though consider someone other than Missy... not totally sold on his value yet

edit - I do think you are two forward heavy and back light though... but this isn't RMS

Ricochet

Definitely option 2 mate. Otherwise you are fielding two rookies in defence and Tyson (or another similar priced rook) is pretty good value at this stage. Although I do want to see more of Tyson first.

im going with option B structure in the middle with Beams and Thomas M3 & M4, just seems like the only really decent JS & money making rooks at the moment all reside in the mids

Grufflez

Yeah playing rookies dictate team structure.

The big issues for me are that if it's not the rookies we don't have available to us, it's the back and forward premiums that we can't put a finger on yet as to who will be a top 6-8 in their position.. It's a tough issue to overcome. I agree with everyone that all the good looking rookie prospects are in the mids.. So much to think about!
