Firstly it's much easier to digest if you place the players so that the most expensive are at the top left and least expensive on the bottom right. Just a formatting issue to make it easier to read.
I think Jimmy and Smitchell are overpriced. Birch looks a better option. I don't think Laidler is best 22.
I don't think Polec or Ellis are best 22 either. I think you will need to find some cash to turn them into say Tyson and Dunstan.  That will become more clear as season draws closer.
Tex isn't right til mid season so get rid of him for a start. I'd go down to Rohan and theres some cash to upgrade your rucks if you want but honestly they're fine, plenty of people will be doing the same combo.
