Had a bit of a fiddle around trying to find some nice set ups and i came up with this!

Defenders: McVeigh, Mitchell, Hanley, Swallow, Suckling, McDonald (Langford, Fuller)

Midfielders: Pendlebury, Selwood, Steven, Rockliff, Curren, Martin, Aish, Polec ( O'Rourke, Crouch)

Rucks: Lobbe, Grundy (Thurlow, Lobb)

Forwards: Dangerfield, Martin, Franklin, Clark, Kersten, Taylor (Garlett, Honeychurch)

Cash left: 59,500

Structure: 10/10/10

Let me know what you think!

Hi PKbaldy,

I like this team as you have gone for something different in the midfield and it could pay dividends.
Anyway this is how i rate your team
Def: Good Solid defence with Swallow at B4 who will increases his scoring this year.
Mids: Curren is the POD here average 74 in 2013 he can make you some good money as others have gone for Thomas at M5 not many have Polec either
Rucks: Lobbe could join the elite ruckmen which includes Minson this year.Grundy will improve more even though there will be more pressure on him to perform.
Fwds: I would get Ben Lennon into that Fwd Line and leave out one of those rookies that dosen't look like getting games early.

Overall Team looks good and will be quite competitive can't really rate the rookies but i give it an 8/10

Thanks man. I've had Lennon in and out. I will most likely pick him over Taylor or Kersten.
Being a Saints supporter i've seen the photos of Curren. He is HUGE now and apparently burning the house down at training so i hope he brings it on the field. It was either going to be Curren/Polec or Zaharakis/Dunstan. So i'll just wait it out and see how they go pre-season. Also hoping Swallow turns it on this year, should be fit and read to destroy teams.

Defence looks very strong. I like it a lot. All the prem choices are solid. Swallow could breakout this year and is a popular choice. I doubt Langford will play anytime soon though so I think you should find the cash to swap him for KK.

Your mids look a bit light on and no GAJ could come back to bite you. I would swap Curren for D Thomas and downgrade Aish and Polec to generate some cash so you can make an upgrade in your forward line. Seriously consider finding a way of bringing in GAJ too.

Rucks look pretty good. Lobbe is very popular and if he continues with his form from the end of last year then he can easily average 100 or more. Grundy is a nice pick too, hopefully the 2nd year blues don't effect his scoring.

I like all your picks in the forward line but you are definitely one premium short. I would look to upgrade one of your rookies to a premium. Generate the cash by downgrading some of those more expensive mid rookies as I mentioned earlier.
