All looks ok except the rucks one has played 7 games the other injury prone very large and quite old just me but think you have to go at least 1 gun ruck .

Agree with Shaker that the rucks are dicey. Obviously we're all waiting on rookies but not sure about Kersten starting on field, we'll find out. Also would wait and see on Heater, I'm considering him too but will wait and see how GWS use him. Strong defense though, this is where I would consider cutting back to invest more in rucks.

Who would u downgrade and who to in defence

Depends if you're wanting a POD or are happy to be more "cookie cutter" in your approach. You'll see in many other teams 3 prem with Suckling at D4, so you could look at ditching any of your first 4 there. Swallow is an interesting pick, could be a POD player but not sure he'll be a top defender by seasons end. That's the way I look at it, I'm picking players that I think will either be in the top 10 of their position or will make me cash to get those players. Swallow is about 450k right? So I don't know if he will make you all that much money or be a keeper. So personally I would drop him for one more playing rookie. For salary cap purposes I would pick one of the more expensive rookies that should get time (L.McDonald, K. Kolodjashnij, M.Scharenberg) then at least if they aren't in round 1 you'll be able to swap them out for a cheaper option rather than picking a cheaper one now and having to find 80 grand later. Heater isn't in too many teams so that's already a POD for you there...
