I'm pretty happy with this.. Rookies will change come round 1

Reasonably solid tean - not sure what cash you have available to manouvre rookies for Round 1.

Def 4 solid prems just a bit wary on Shaw at GWS and how he will be used. If used differently maybe downgrade to Suckling or Seedsman who will slip into Shaws role at Pies. Suckling coming back from injury will go straight into Hawks 22 replacing the retired Brent Guerra.
Mids: Solid prem with good bye structure, Griffin could be a nice unique for you.
Rucks: Nice unique with Pyke - Enough comments on Sandi throughout the thread for you to make up own mind.  Would be tempted to use Brown or Thurlow as 4th ruck to take advantage of Dixons DPP should either Pyke or Sandi be out for a short period.
Forwards: Sound but keep an eye on low priced proven players like Karnezis or Bock who may be better options than rookies if named in round 1.

Good luck.

Think I would get rid of one of your backs probably Shaw for a cheapie and invest in someone like Martin in your forwards for either Dixon or Walker and would like to see 1 gun ruck in there to cheers .

Def: Seems solid enough only question mark is Shaw will he play the same sort of role he had at the magpies an alternative you could go with is seedsman.
Mids: Griffin is a nice unique pick here but will Morabito play in Round 1 need to see how he goes in the NAB Cup.
Rucks: Good unique pick in Mike Pyke think now that Mumford is gone he will score highly. Will pay off. In case Sandi goes down i would have a DPP e.g Thurlow
Fwds: Seems to be ok just need to check on whether both rookies get a game in Round 1.

Team has been set up well to allow for the Byes i believe you should have as many rookies that have the round 10 Bye.
I hope you go well in the Leagues you are in i give your team an 8/10

Not a bad team but a lot of players to keep an eye on I think

I'm keeping tabs on Tex as he is a steal if fit, but I think that's a big "if". Don't think he will actually get up for round 1, so be wary of him. Will be interesting to see how Swans handle ruck situation with Nankervis and Derickx also, from what others have said on here I gather Nankervis has performed extremely well at lower levels, whether that's enough to get him a place and can he play senior footy is another question, Derickx struggled to get a run with injuries/Big Ivan while at the tigers, but you'd have to think they picked him up for a reason. So I wouldn't count on Pyke being 100% ruckman just yet. Another to watch I think. I'm putting Morabito on the bench as I don't think you can count on him being consistently in the best 22 and after 3 reco's he's guaranteed to be managed.

Griffen nice POD but a little on the expensive side for someone who has had one absolutely stellar year, can he keep up the average he's priced at? And personally I have Daisy rather than Murphy, Daisy a bit of an injury worry but paired with Mick and Buttifant again, plus Murph still cops the tag and couldn't handle it last year - gives Daisy a bit of space.

Looking at your first team I actually think Shaw could be a good pick down back - just as Ringo said be wary of how he's used. But he won't struggle to see ball at the defensive end if used in a similar role as at the pies, so could score big. Always a bit of a brain implosion risk but that goes with the Heater territory. I haven't got him currently but strongly considering it.

NAB cup should sort a few things out, but I would have some backups in mind for a few of your players.
