I quite like this team.  Overall pretty strong.  I like Hale as a POD.

ROSYS BEER NUTS

Mate, we have neally identicle sides ATM..
Backs great, just hope Suckling can prove worth while as returning from serious injury and is not a major ball winner anyway.
Love the mid, exactly the same other than J Martin. lol
Rucks good, Love the Hale pick, just be weary of Hawks structure going into rnd 1 with the addition of Big Boy.
Fwds look great, same as me, I have Sylvia instead of Higgins. Like the guy, not worth the torture. May as well get on Hartlett..
And cash left good to assess rooks etc closer to closing.
Nice team.

Thanks Mags & RBN, & yeah the cash is for the Rooks prior to R1 assessment.

Nice Team Naste

Not a real lot I can add but structure is sound. Obviusly rookies will be finalised when Round 1 Teams are named.

Personally this year with the byes early I am steering away from the even structure loading up with Round 9 & 10 rookies so they can be upgraded to players that have had their byes.

Only change i would suggest and keeping your bye structure is Lobbe for Hale. Lobbe will be sole ruck at Port and his last 6 games this year averaged 116 against quality opposition. I think Lobbe will be this seasons Minson.

Well Done Naste  - (Got to get used to Nas)

Def: I'M sitting on the fence with Hanley - Some seem to think he may break out but I am concerned what will happen if he attracts second tag as he was shut down the three times he was tagged last season. Rich will always get the number one tag but the second tag will be between Rocky and Hanley.  Unique pick with Pearce which I like. Keep an eye on Gardiner pre-season as to me he is yet to grasp the opportunity to break into the team.  (Both Golby and Clarke are training with rehab group so he should be doing more)
Mid: Sound here,
Rucks: Will cop flak here I know but as I said I am tipping Lobbe to be this seasons Minson. Maybe as added security use Thurlow as 4th Ruck with Dixon or Bellchambers in forward line.
Fwds: Just personal here but I think Hogan is overpriced and cheaper options available that will make as much if not more cash. Bock at $196k ifg named at Round 1 should be considered.

Overall mate very sound team with a couple of nice uniques.

nas

Thanks all, still playing around got a 9/12/9 currently.

DEF: J. McVeigh, S. Mitchell, K. Simpson, M. Suckling, L. McDonald, D. Pearce (C. Giles, M. Fuller)
MID: G. Ablett jnr, S. Pendlebury, T. Rockliff, D. Beams, D. Thomas, C. Beams, V. Michie, J. Polec (X. Ellis, L. Dunstan)
RUC: M. Lobbe, A. Sandilands (D. Currie, F. Thurlow)
FWD: P. Dangerfield, D. Martin, C. Dixon, D. Zorko, J. Hogan, N. Bock (D. Garlett, J. Impey)

If I go Dixon > Bellchambers gives me 8/12/10 & $161,600

Good side mate. Like the lobbe pick, could be a breakout year for him. Zorko is interesting, risky, but a new coach and some midfield time could see him go into the 90's. I'd personally keep dixon over bellchambers, but it's really up to you.

Anthonyyyy

that's one of the best teams ive seen in my opinion looks very strong all round but I reckon you could downgrade Bock to someone like Kersten and upgrade Dayne Beams to say a Watson or someone who will get 110+ but it looks like a good team
