Obviously with all the movement we have just witnessed in the trade window some new fantasy relevant positions have opened up.
I'm wondering who will b the new half back quarter back at collingwood with heater moving on. Who will b the number one ruck at st Kilda without big boy? Personally I've been waiting years for bruest to get a crack in the hawks midfield and had hoped they would move Sewell on...
Any other examples of new position openings we should b watching this preseason??

At this stage it looks like Longer will be the number 1 ruck at St Kilda :o Wouldnt be surprised if they picked up Jolly though.

Bones Bombers

Hickey will be number 1 ruck at St Kilda. Played reasonably well late in the season. They like him enough to have used pick 12 or 13 to get him last year. Jolly will surely be rookie listed by the Saints to teach/backup those 2 young boys.
The position of interest to me is the number 1 ruck spot at the Cats. They have a few options but none have shown consistent quality. Can HMac be the man they wanted him to be? Does anyone know if he is expected to be fit and firing Rd1?

Bit of room in the cats forward line now aswell. Looks like Kersten will get first crack. Reckon there could b a couple of break out cats next season

I think Longer and Hickey will both play as McEvoy and Hickey played together a bit last year, As for Geelong, I'd expect Dawson Simpson to be the number 1 ruck but I have heard McIntosh will get a full pre-season in. Here's the article I'd expect the two HBF's at Collingwood to be Seedsman and Harry O'Brien although I'm. It sure if O'Brien is a pocket or a flank, Marley Williams and Ben Sinclair also played down back a fair bit this year and Jackson Ramsay might even get a game. They are also expected to recruit Tony Armstrong from the Swans but I don't know much about him.
