only 28 has been held back by injury and playing at the worst club for development in the AFl. Its definately possible that he could go back to his best or perhaps even better in one of the most well run clubs in the comp.

will have quality players around him so want cop attention and he will also get much better delivery.

Lots of players talk about getting better as they get older. Only the real champions manage it, and even then it is rare.

meow meow

I would argue that Sylvia doesn't have to get any better. He was a solid contributor this season and except for one shocking game he was pretty consistant. He'll fit in nicely at the Dockers.

agreed he will certainly add something to the team and coming from the demons i would say cementing a spot in the premiership sqauds best 22 and winnining a premiership medallion could definately be taken as best football ahead of him.

Ricochet

As long as he buys in to Ross's game plan, thats all that matters
