Waite is a risky prospect since he is coming off a long term injury.

IMO, downgrade Waite to someone like Greenwood, Ladson, Malceski or Kennelly and then use that money to upgrade your midfield. I'm with Resch, you do need a Swan, Montagna or Ablett as a certain captain.

I have similar rucks except I have Nic Nat. Tippett is a fine choice.

Your fowards just seem to be missing a gun 2nd forward in Pavlich, Gian, Franklin or O'Keefe.

Apart from that, team looks good!
