i would go with masten and gray.

mitchell always racks them up (but also gets the tag) while bally is expected to rise in price but don't expect him to be consistent like other small forwards.

masten and gray will improve and are the cheaper option. both will rack them up. both could become potential keepers and should increase their average by at least 10ppg this year.
