Hi all.

I'm thinking about using my last 2 trades for the year prematurely - I've come up a little short money wise so right now unless a couple of people take massive hits I'll be short a true prem in my team.

Main concerns are Buddy and Titchell, Buddy at F7 and Titch M8 currently. 2 trades, $116,800 to spend.

M: GAJ, Pendles, Swan, Griffen, JPK, Priddis, Mundy Titchell (Mayes, KMart)
R: Goldy, Roughy (Rowe, Osborn)
F: SJ, Bartel, Cox, Rocky, JJK, Walker (Buddy, Daniher)

Lots of options but cash limited.

Thinking of trading out Buddy, Roughy to F7, Minson into rucks. Still have DPP with Rowe and Cox/Roughy.
That leaves me with $460k to spend on an M8 - only realistic options to consider at that are Lids or Cornes.

Other than that I can pray that Titch plays a 110 point game and Jobe gets an 80, might be enough to afford him.

Also, I could forego Minson, make a downgrade trade and bring in anyone (probably Beams or Danger) for Titch. That I could leave for later, but if I'm going to get Minson and eg Lids, it has to be done this week.

Finally, I could DPP one of my F/M players into Titchell's spot and grab a forward, but again limited choices

Advice?

Maybe Luey instead of Minson. Luey's been a jet over the past weeks.

You've got a full team playing, so why not hold?

Jobe will drop more than Mitchell this week, and Buddy might be back or you could just end up affording Minson as well.

You say prematurely, which it is, so take your own subliminal advice

I expect Minson to score around his BE this week so I'm working off the assumption that if I hold Franklin and Minson will be the same price. To also get Watson, I need the gap between titch and Watson to close by about $50k. Which I don't see happening. That's why I'm considering pulling the trigger this week because my other options may also fly out the window if their price goes up too much.

Any further input  from Fanfootiers?

I'm thinking I should be conservative and hold, hope Roughy turns his form around and then I gan get a top tier mid if/when needed. Minson very tempting though!
