Who to Upgrade ?

Who should I upgrade?  T.MItchell or OMeara this week

Was gonna downgrade Nicholls to Grundy (Not good losing Kreuzer though)
Then go either Mitchell or OMeara to Griffin
Any suggestions? Have cover for Kreuzer via Roughy mpp. Play Staker or mcCaffer
