It's a LADDER damn it! When did it become a table? Is it because we have lots of Ts in "Top of the Table Clash"? It seems nobody uses the term "ladder" any more. Stop calling it a table, and bring back the LADDER!

To me the media just wants to sound cool using the terminology "table".

I kind of like charts. At least there's no association with soccer! Things go up and down a ladder, but you eat at a table. What irks me is that they're almost avoiding using the word "ladder".

True, some ladders can't perform the same functions as other ladders.

Just as some tables can't perform the same functions as other tables.

Just as Venn diagrams are fun to draw.
