Nicholls as R3 ... too much money on the bench ?

Is having Nicholls as R3 too much money on the bench ?  Thoughts on downgrading him to McBean and using the money to upgrade else where ?  I have 4 trades left.

depends on your forward cover. If you had a good F7 and Cox in your forwards then if one of your rucks goes down you can DPP McBean and Cox and use your F7 to cover. If you don't have a good F7, as I don't, (Daniher and Rowe), then Nicholls should be kept.
