does DT have the emg loophole?

SC does, but i'm not sure about DT.

for example, this week i'm unsure of playing franklin or gray in the fwd line. so to use the loophole of being able to swap your team around before each player has played, i could put bartel on the field and franklin AND gray on the bench with franklin as emg. then all i'd have to do would be see if franklin's score was acceptable tonight, if it was i'd keep things as is. if it was less than what i'd expect from gray i'd just swap him and bartel on the field before either of those games had started.
