Especially with NicNat looking more and more likely to call it quits early this year, or resting up for a bit could see the Coxy of old return. I'll back him in!

the only guy i would consider him out for would probably be rocky or SJ. If nic nat goes down he will go back to 100+ sole rucks dominate in SC.

up untill round the byes he got 23+ hitouts every game.

from than on he hasnt only gone other 22 hitouts from then on. Coming up against big will minson, probably wont win many hitouts again.

This wasn't meant to b how Cox was managed this year. No nic Nat for the first two months meant he was rucking far more minutes than planned. Then the need to get wins on the board chasing a finals appearance meant this old war horse has had to carry far too big a load.
I won't b starting with coxy next year, but I wouldn't b surprised if he has a big season next and view him as an upgrade target. If nothing else, u gotta marvel at his durability. Definedly in need of a spell this year tho

Definitely looks like he needs a rest but with NicNat also needing a rest, Cox could get the sole ruck duties and go back to premo scores

it's one of those ones that kinda cancels itself out because every team has him. if i were in the top 20 or so and had some trades up my sleeve then turning him into kreuzer or someone would be ideal. for the rest of us it's just a shoulder shrug imo.
