Mitchell to Murph

Is it worth going Mitchell to M.Murphy this week? Murphy will be my 8th mid for at least the next few weeks before ideally upgrading Crouch to Barlow late on. Murphy will become M9, or is it worth keeping Mitchell as my bench cover and just ignoring Murph?
also make 40k by doing this trade.

I'm in the same dilemma.. Whether to upgrade Hrovat and leave T Mitchell and Swallow on the pine and leave myself with $69k

or downgrade T Mitchell to Murphy, leaving Hrovat and Swallow on the bench and leaving myself $205k.
