Hold?

So, not entirely sure where I should go from here. Thinking maybe I should just hold until finals?
I plan on downgrading one of Maric/Nicholls to McBean in a few weeks. Will upgrade my mids right before finals starts, as I should win my last 3 games, and am guaranteed finals.
If I use 2 trades for my mid upgrade, then luxury trades would be offloading Buddy/NicNat and Maric/Nicholls for better premos (eg. Dusty and Minson).

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Come finals as you said - NicNat and Maric for Roughy and Minson.

Cheers mate, just hoping I don't cop anymore injuries. Birchall, Daisy, Waters, Leuenberger, Duffield, Gibbs, etc all given me problems at one point or another. So lucky that I didn't have Watson or Danger, or else I would be screwed over big time.

Plan is great and I would hold until gut says move.

Maybe look at trading Martin via Kennedy to open up a mid DPP for flexibility is only additional advice I would give.

Thanks Ringo. Mid/Fwd DPP would be nice, hopefully a cheap fwd rookie comes along. Also looking at bringing in Oxley for Clisby later on if trades permit, forgot to mention it in initial post.

Would it almost be worth offloading Buddy to one of Martin/Walker/Nroo? Buddy out makes things a bit closer for my matchup this week, and even though I would still make finals, I would likely finish 8th if I lost this week rather than somewhere in between 3rd to 6th. Thoughts?

If it guarantees a win this week mate ! Pull the trigger for Walker. Also check your opponent to see if his facing donuts.

At this point he isn't, but he has basically no cover in any of his lines. So any outs for him from this point would be a donut. Will obviously wait for final teams tomorrow, but I really want to push for top 4. Sitting 7th atm, 1 game out of the 4.

I'll also note that out of the other 7 teams in the top 8, 2 have Walker, 3 have Martin, and none have Nroo. Walker would be my preferred choice though.

Anyone else have an opinion? From reading other threads, the general consensus is to trade Buddy if you have more than 4 or so trades (which I do), and if it is a must win game (which it is).
