Rocky has picked up his form, but can he sustain it?

I really need to win this week, Rocky has played well against Melb. in the past. But they are playing in Darwin this week. And Dusty is in ok form. But still can pop out below 90 score also

Looking beyond just this week, rocky has a much friendlier fixture so I would go with him

Rocky , against freo you would think Crowley would take lids , but what if he takes Martin . . .?

Can't see Crowley going to Dusty before Lids or Cotchin. But yes Rocky will be big this week.

Yea Crowley won't go to dusty as dusty plays probably 50/50 fwd and mid. Crowley can get caught out when playing deep defence

That's why I was leaning toward Rocky, with his softer draw. But I'm scared he will spuf it up again. Where as Dusty, might spud it up only 50% of the time

This is a really tough one mate. They can both go big at times and on the other side of the coin can also post low scores.

I think that the one thing that would sway me to one player over the other is the way that their coach plays them. Hardwick plays Martin in the midfield for the majority of the game every week while Voss can sometimes leave Rocky in the forward line for entire games some weeks. We have seen Rocky hit some great from over the last couple of weeks but that's becuase he has played almost purely as a mid. Once Black and Moloney come back we might see Rockliff spending a lot more time up forward again which will severly affect his SC scores.

So for the above reasons I would go for Dusty.

Thanks for the well thought out response

Cheers dude, that's smart thinking. I'm deciding between Rocky and Bartel, but Bartel might get rested.
Rocky: Easy draw and bargain price VRS might get stuck in the forwards again. Hmmm. Maybe the easy draw will mean that he'll get a lot of the ball even as a forward though. Beeen trying to get rid of LeCrap for weeks but injuries keep making me replace others. reckon I'll go for Rocky this week as his price is on the rise and get Bartel in a week or two cos his price is on the drop. Been burnt by Dusty once too often. :-\

Rocky will go huge this week mate but as soon as Moloney and Black come back in he will attend less centre bounces and be forced fwd again.
