What are peoples thoughts on Jordan Lewis at $409,200? He's averaging 89.3 and is coming off two tons in a row.

96, 69, 75, 82, 89, 101, 82, 100, 122, 111, 57, 98, 61, 76, 105 and 106.

Only 5/15 scores under 82 points, and a further two scores under 75...

Doesn't have the highest ceiling, but is pretty damn consistent. Also a proven performer. In just 8.6% of teams.

I'm strongly considering as a POD.

Current forward line:

S. Johnson, N. Riewoldt, D. Martin, T. Rockliff, J. Kennedy, M. Robinson (B. Staker, S. Rowe)

Or do I take the popular option in Cloke at $435,000 who has GWS this week. :-\ Just worried about his inconsistency though.

Thoughts?

Mr.Craig

Cloke's historical average vs the rest of his opponents this year is 84.87 and Lewis' is 84.00 so there's not much separating them in that respect. I can assure you Lewis would be far less frustrating to own.

But...let me point you in the direction of Brent Harvey. A delayed start to the year should see him run out the season well, he has a historical average of 91.78 vs his upcoming opponents and plays at Etihad four times in the next six weeks where he's gone for 90.84 over his career. 5% ownership too so very unique too. ;) His scoring last year was a vomit inducing rollercoaster but he seems to have levelled out a bit this season.

yep totally agreed with Mr. Craig. Boomer has an excellent record against opponents in the run home to finals, so the selection headache is unavoidable week in week out :)

I like Lewis, is really an underrated Dream Team option. Supreme consistency, but what is lacking is his low ceiling. Many time I've seen him carving early only to see him just scrape a ton.

Cloke scares me, he doesn't look right in my fwd line TBH. But thing is, he isn't kicking goals and still get's to 90. But the stinkers are killer and he is no certainty to carve GWS, but 120+ last time on them...

Ricochet

I like Lewis as a POD Ada. Super consistent and in a strong team. I'm considering him over Bartel now

I have Lewis as my bench player but with suspensions and late outs he has been on field most weeks anyway.
He has had a few low scores possibly due to tagging so you live with it.
If he keeps scoring like he is I'll probably keep fielding him and relegate another player to the bench.
He is a great pod if he keeps scoring well and doesn't tag.
