Archiving posts

Any thoughts of archiving pre 2010 posts. The old ones seem to be taking up a fair bit of space

What do you mean by space? New posts will always be on top of old ones.  ???

Just thought what is the point of the older posts
SC is 69 pages  + DT 109 pages

The database is not groaning under the strain, so I see no need to archive things at this stage.
