O'Meara to Barlow or McEvoy to Minson???

I'm tossing up between these two trades this week. My first trade will already be Terlich to Duffield but unsure of what to do with my second trade. I think O'Meara has already made his money and Barlow has been smashing it this year. I've been disappointed of McEvoy for the past month but I still kept the faith around that time but he hasn't produced the goods he can most certainly produce and has dropped down in value heaps. Minson has flown under the radar this week and is the third highest averaging ruckman (just behind Cox and Goldstein) and is a great POD after only being in less than 3% of teams. Thoughts on this?

Well all I can say is McEvoy is a premium and O'Meara is a rookie. We know O'Meara will deliver 80's every week. I also have McEvoy and he is a pain in my ass but I'm keeping him, we all know how high his potential ceiling is (as we do Barlow) and I think Minson shouldn't manage a 90+ average by the end of the season. I was considering the same trade myself earlier but I couldn't because I knew this was a trade that could bite me later in the season. Conversely O'Meara-> Barlow doesn't entail any significant risk :) I'm with you in hoping the Bmac improves and hopefully he can lift. What does your team look like and how many players can you field this week? Post your team and your opposition so we can get a more in-depth look at whats going on ;)

Jaeger consistently gets 80's. I'd offload him to a bloke that can match+much more.

The best ruck to bring in would be Nic Nat nek week.  ;)

Besides Cox Nic Nat is the best ruck in the comp this season. Maybe sideways/downgrade a rookie ruck to Nicholls. I'm finally offloading Currie to Nicholls and it feels good  8)

I'd be tossing up between Kane Cornes (for value) and Michael Barlow if I were in your position though..

FWD: Cox, Lewis, Johnson, Rockliff, Franklin, Staker -- Riewoldt, Kennedy

So what should I do then?

I'd most likely go Rowe-> Nicholls if you would be happy with Cox in the forwards you could also go Crouch-> Hrovat or O'Meara-> Barlow/Cornes if you want to trade prospectively. I can't think of anything else besides that. I think you really have no need for Minson though... You already have Kreuzer, Bmac, Blicavs and Cox and adding Minson or Nic Nat would be extremely excessive. You could downgrade Blicavs-> Nicholls if your game or cut off the DPP (like I did last week going Rowe-> Bennedy) and go Rowe-> Nicholls. That is the main trade I'd suggest and you could wait a week or trade Crouch out now but I'd most likely use my second trade on upgrading O'Meara it just seems practical as you already have so many r13 premiums out

Basically I suggest

Blicavs/Rowe-> Nicholls & O'Meara-> Barlow/Cornes

I think he means Tom Mitchell mate don't you think it would be a waste of two trades to do that?  :P Crouch would be alright to trade out but Crouch will gain way more value than O'Meara next week. I'm going Crouch-> T Mitch next week once he goes through another price rise  ;)

I heard before his 66 he had the best standard deviation in dream team. I've never really been a Sam Mitchell fan though. I think he's a bit of a boring dream teamer :P not much excitement to be had with him unlike other candidates (especially Stanton)

The rucks have been rather inconsistent this year. McEvoy, despite his terrible month, still has the 8th highest average. I'd drop either Blicavs or Rowe to Nicholls and upgrade Terlich.
