Now what do I do?

Southstorm

Gone from a promising start to a showery year with a combination of bad choices (thanks hindsight) and bad luck. Through corrective trades (although some turned out to be worse than before) I'm now down to 13 left. I have

Current team

Def: Goddard, Hanley, Hartlett, Goodes, Gibbs, L. Brown (J. Thurlow, S. Docherty)
Mid: Ablett, Pendlebury, Watson, JPK, Dangerfield, Swan, O'Meara, Hrovat (Viney, Crouch)
Ruc: Maric, Leuenberger (Blicavs, Rowe)
Fwd: Franklin, Cox, Rockliff, Kennedy, N. Riewoldt, B. Staker, (B. Kennedy, T. Lee)

My first problem is Leuenberger, so I intend to make the following trades this week:
Viney - > Mitchell
Rowe - > Nicholls
Leuenberger - > Nic Nat

Which leaves me ten trades and $53k to spare.

I then want to find a way to bring in Stevie J for B. Staker, two more premium midfielders, maybe Cotchin and Jelwood and another premium defender, whoever is going cheap.

I didn't plan for Goodes and JJK to be keepers but at this stage, things could very well end up that way.

Do you have to win this week?

You almost have 18 starters and I wonder about not trading this week and grabbing Minson next week for Leue instead.

NicNat the following week as a double with Mitchell on the bubble to help bankroll NicNat's debut.

O'Meara can go for Mitchell which will help round 13 too.

Round 13 looks scary at the moment for your team.

You have a lot of maybe guys there - Docherty, Thurlow, Brown, Viney, Crouch, Rowe, Lee.

I think with so many trades burnt, you may be better holding Rowe for now and accepting a few lean weeks during byes to save trades for finals.

However, if finals require aggressive trading right now you'd better go for it.
