Hi fellas,

Scored 2,398 this week with Hartletts 29 and Neades 28 (Had Dwyer on the bench with his 99 LOL!)

Cotchin and B.Goodes to come back into my team this week (both on the bench)

Am thinking of getting Franklin in this week or fixing up my shambles of a backline.

I think Hartlett has to go. Will just keep getting tagged every week and when he does his scores are worse than Luke Browns.  ;D

My team as it stands is -

B - Goddard, H.Shaw, Hartlett, Goodes, Terlich, Stevenson (L.Brown, Pittard)

M - Ablett, Swan, J.Selwood, Cotchin, Kennedy, Dangerfield, O'Meara, M.Jones (Vlastuin, Crouch)

R - Goldstien, Leuenburger (Gawn, Daw)

F - Cox, Rockliff, Bartel, Martin, Kenedy, Dwyer (Neade, Macaffer)

Am either thinking at this stage this -

Hartlett > Colqhuin

Neade > Franklin

Can then switch Vlastuin up to my backline as I can do that when trading out Hartlett > Colqhuin.

or

Hartlett > Thurlow

Stevenson > Duffield/Hanley/Gibbs

or I think I could just save a trade and go -

Hartlett > Duffield

What does everyone else think is the best trades to do?

All opinions will be taken on board.  8)

I'd say Hartlett and Stevenson out, Hanley and a rookie in (maybe Lonergan?).

Yeah thats one option I am thinking of mate.

Hartlett > Colqhuin (Switch Vlastuin back to defense from midfield bench)

Stevenson > Hanley
And then pick up Franklin next week as he still has a breakeven of 170 I think someone has said.

Yeah I think Buddy's b/e is 174. Also Birchall up at around 190 if fanfooty is correct, so another week or 2 and he will be very cheap.

Also, congrats on your ranking  :)

thanks mate.  8)

Think my backline needs more work than my forward line but it is mighty tempting to get Franklin in this week for Neade.

If Tom Lynch can kick 10 against GWS then imagine what Franklin could do?  :o

Bringing in Thurlow & Hanley would be my way to go...

My only thought how good is Thurlow's JS..  he played well but its Geelong after all...!!

Thurlow looked great on Friday night when I was watching the game.

Is highly touted at the Cats and I think his job security would be pretty good.

Does anyone else know who the Cats have to bring in to their best 22 still?

I am concentrating on other lines - Defenders are still very up and down and trying to work out who will be top six this year may as well use a blindfold and pin.

With Rookies especially Goodes Vlaustin and a lesser extent Terlich scoring as well as prem defenders not really worrying about fixing atm. Admittedly Hartlett is bleeding and we all traded in him because he was scoring so well and prem defenders were not so with the yo yo effect on defenders adopting a wait and see.

I'd definitely be upgrading in defence first, your forwards are quite solid. Plus, it's highly probable that Buddy will decrease in value, whereas Hartlett is just going to absolutely plummet down in price. Unless you think you should keep him, he has to go. And in that case, because you don't want only 2 premium defenders, you're going to have to trade in another, and miss out on Buddy for this week against GWS.

Chappy, Corey, MacIntosh? I'm guessing. They surely can't drop him if he keeps playing like that
