My backs are Gibbs, Heppell, Goodes, Pittard, Goddard, Terlich, Stevenson, Heath. Am looking at 2 zeros. :(

Was thinking of going
Goodes > Scotland
Pittard > Hartlett

This leave me with $80,500 in the bank.  Only going for league.

Help appreciated

Decent trades there. I'm assuming you have quite a bit of cash saved?

I'd consider holding onto Goodes if you can, as I'm looking at doing myself. Gibbs and Pittard could both be potentially out for just as long as Goodes and he still has a lot more growth/points in him.

Looking at doing some sort of DPP switch myself at this stage, but damn is it tough to come to a decision.

I agree keep Goodes more cash to earn and scoring is better then the other rookie defenders

Gibbs has an high BE and likely to be out for 2 weeks. You could trade him back in a few weeks time cheaper by upgrading one of the rookies that will earn more cash while he is injured.

You must have massive cash reservations, very jealous

Thanks people, will keep Goodes short term pain long term gain i guess

Windigo

Yeah, ideally I'd keep Goodes as he has a good mix of JS, scoring & money making potential.  8)

If you only going for League then its all about making money while keeping a good ladder positioning.
Gibbs has a huge BE and no guarantee of when he would be back. His score last week will also stay in his rolling average for two more weeks.
Hartlett has a low BE so I would make the Gibbs to Hartlett trade.

Then there is Goodes who is out for two weeks. This is two price rises you are missing out on. I would be going Goodes to someone like Hibberd who is fairly cheap and has an easy run coming up.

Then you can get Gibbs and Goodes back in in about 2 weeks

Yea Rico just explained exactly what I have done myself. Except I unfortunately did not have stockpiles of cash, so i (instead of Hibberd) went with Wright who will make me a bit of cash for this week
