Double Emergency. Quick thoughts.

I have no cover for the backlin or midfield due to injury. So there is no point putting an E on any of them. I was thinking about making my 2 rucks and forwards an Emergency just in case, although is it true that you get the lowest emergency score? So if i have Blicavs and Daw Emergency and a ruckman pulls out if Blicavs get 20 and daw gets 80 then i get Blicavs 20. If this is the case should i just mak 1 emergency?
