The Westhoff situation: Cloke

Many of us jumped on Westhoff hoping for more good scores but because he was guaranteed to make good money.

Travis Cloke is averaging 108 this year (96, 69, 121, 147). He is a confidence player and has started really well and has Essendon, St. Kilda and Freo in his next 3. Did well on all 3 in 2011 but only well against Essendon last year in their second outing. Last year he was rubbish.

His B/E is 1 so if he scores his projected 112 he will go up 47k. Very possible with Essendon on Anzac Day.

He was in and out of my time all pre-season. I was confident that last year was a result of the contract negotiations and he was very underpriced, hover couldnt find the money for him. R2 I dumped Mitch Robinson for him and haven't looked back. Get on him now any latter will be to hard to justify.

No.

He is in a similar position as Westhoff- Playing well, low B/E not overly expensive.

Well it's possible for me but I'd have to downgrade Moloney and I'd rather not do that when he's about to play Melbourne.

Yeah, that's the same with me, should do well this week against his old club but hey, who knows.

Wouldn't mind Cloke, but my Fwd line is:
WEsthoff, ROcky, Kennedy J, Martin, Monfries and Robinson.... and I can't justify a Robinson to Cloke trade, when I want to go -JPK and I want a +Mayes and I need to go -Mitchell.
