Ballantyne!!! what are your thoughts on him

I have ballantyne at the moment but i am thinking of upgrading him. Do you think he will be a good cash cow or do u think i should get someone better. Please tell me your thought! also if there is anyone else around that price that is better (except dangerfield) i would love to hear it
