Dump a MID rook for a FWD rook?

At the moment I'm thinking:

Zorko-->Mayes or Rowe or another FWD rookie
One of my MID rookies-->Hodge (Hodge has a BE of 1 for next week and looks like he's injury free)

At the moment I'm having to start 3 of Wines, Whitfield, Kommer, Viney and O'meara and as this week showed it's very hard to get that selection right, let only only one of your rooks scores well.

In my forward line however, I only have to start one of Neade, Dwyer and Macaffer.

Do you guys have any opinion on if this change in structure is the right move or not? And which Rookie should go? Is Mayes trustworthy enough to bring in?
