I have plenty in the bank so money isn't an issue.

Watson is a very good choice but there are others such as Jack, Swan etc. All of the options will be great.

I was set on Watson, however I read somewhere that Cotchin has one of the worst disposal efficiency in the 2 games so far, yet still managed 119 twice.

If he improves his efficiecy which I'm sure he will, his scores could be pretty big?
