which one?

Rich
Polkinghorne
Coughlan
Otten
Anthony

Hawks_1976

Stevens, Carrazzo and Grigg missing for the Blues so Mitch Robinson will play R1&2. After that he might struggle.
At worst, Beams is in the Pies emergencies and is first cab off the rank for a game. My smokey for the rising star, I think he will play most of the year.
Same goes for Anthony. In their 25 for sure.
Otten should play as well; ahead of Dangerfield and had some good pre season games.
But how many can you choose?

yeah good points there hawks , agree completely.
i got some interestin yet wouldnt work stats .
draft pick number 7 is the dt pick.
08 - rich
07 - palmer
06 - j. selwood

rich has to be good haha

bluebaggers

I'm really trying to find some cash to enable me to get rid of any rookie in the 6th Mid position.  None of the top picks have produced anything to make me think they are locked for the first 1/2 of the season.

Rich struggled to gain any credibility... Anthony tore it up but plays for the Roos, Robinson played well but will get the ass when all the carlton guns come back..

After the NAB cup finals NAthan Buckley was asked whether the young guys sidebottm/beams will get round 1... he said "they'll more than likely get a run half way through the season"...

Doesnt look good for any rookie trying to hold a spot...

Scratchy

05 - patrick ryder (9 games @ 27.8 in 06)
04 - jordan lewis (19 games @ 60.7 in 05)
03 - kane tenace (12 games @ 39.6 in 04)
02 - andrew mackie (13 games @ 36.2 in 03)

Nothing magic bout pick 7, people. Get Rich if you dare.
Or you might prefer to look at the type of players the draftees were. I guess Rich is supposed to have an AFL body like Palmer and Selwood. Personally I haven't picked Rich, looking at pre-season form mainly. Anyone know how Palmer and J. Selwood did in the preseason?
