here's my situation:
I've got Wines, Mitchell and O'Meara on field in MID

FWD line has no rooks. However, I can trade out Jones, sub in Chapman and in comes Dwyer.
Trade out Chapman, and in comes Selwood. and I bench Mitchell.

Put Simply:
Selwood + Macaffer (Mitchell & Dwyer on bench)
vs
Chapman + Mitchell (Macaffer & Jones on bench)
