Rich and terlich vs Hanley and viney

I would so, so much prefer rich in my team than Hanley but terlich Isn't playing and viney is. I can easily just burn a trade at the end of this round to go terlich to a playing rook. I don't really like viney or even k Mitchell either just don't like their potential. Anyway thoughts??
