don't like the crows, but really !!, after 1 game you bag him ???. you could see 3-4 times in the 2nd half, he tried

to single handedly take the game on and turn the tide, but he got mowed down. maybe, he did have a mild

case of the flu. I don't have him, but if i did i would'nt be too hasty in dropping him.

Like a said in another thread, he couldn't deal with the diving at people's legs rule. How many times have we seen Danger get himself into the game by diving headfirst at the ball and coming up with a contested possession? You could see he tried to do that a few times on Friday night and got pinged and he just dropped his shoulders and shook his head. I'm not sure how he's going to deal with this new rule, how he's going to shake a tag if he can't just go in like a missile at the ball.

What I do know is that we've got extra trades this year, and if he can't sort it out after next round, it may take him a while to reprogram himself. There's worse things you could do than trade him down to someone cheaper like Mundy, then down the line once he's sorted himself out bring him back in much cheaper. Danger to Mundy will net you 160k, which is about the minimum of how much you want to make from a trade, and given that there was no issue in filling your team with gun players before the increase in trades, I can't see a problem in throwing one or two of them early at fixing some premiums.

Hmm might have to get Robbo out of my DreamTeam as well :-\  can see him racking up frees against!

Let's hope Paddy learns to keep on his feet, will help him be able to break away better ;)

Mate I watched the match and Danger was everywhere in the first quarter then got tagged out of it. If he wasn't tagged he would have got you 120. I'm sure Sando will pick up the crows and I'm sure will help Dangerfield break tags.

Not to mention a lot of teams without dedicated stoppers will go after Thompson because he is 'more taggable' than Dangerfield.
Don't Panic (there's one for the really old FF members..)

i know its only 1 game but its consistent with about 10 games he plays a season, hes a star, theres no doubt that he alone will be responsible for about 3 crow wins this year, but the likes of cotchin will probably never win a game off his own boot but he will churn out a similar game nearly every week.its 1 game this year but its the 2-3 seasons that hes been a star.If im a real coach at a real team hes the man id want because he will get me probably 3 wins off his own boot, but for fantasy give me cotchin/kennedy/watson & there 120 a week every week any day, thats the argument, not that its only 1 game

Mate your a loser, it's just the first round. He played under the weather and got heavily tagged by one of the best taggers in hocking. Personally I was happy with his performance and how he went about his game while under the weather due to flu like symptoms. Guess we'll find out next round if your correct.

And NO I'm not a cow supporter.

next week will prove nothing,my statements are made re a season, not 1 or 2 weeks,sc & dt is a season long thing & thats what im talking about(retired at 40 & living on fields avenue angeles city philippines among >12000 18-30yo gogo dancers, maybe compared to some im a loser but me thinks not so many)

One sub par week and you start with post game comments like this.
Easy after the game isn't it.
Try to be constructive before the game.
But by the look of your boo:cheer ratio constructive comments are not something you do well.

if you look back at every poll re danger ive been saying it all summer

What annoys me is how everyone is like "this is why you shouldnt have picked Dangerfield" or "I told you this would happen."  Bet these were the same people only days/weeks a go who were saying he was a good pick.

If you didnt pick him, it doesnt concern you. Unless you're trying to pick him up throughout the year.

If you did pick him, its only round one, relax.

fair enough but i been at it all off season & zeddogs 2nd post here was a vast improvement

Jager Bombers

Crows have a tougher draw this yr, played suns gws melb dogs twice last yr

Only round 1 boys. After a very long preseason of researching and finally picking a round 1 team, you have to back your judgement. Plenty of stars fall early. Dangerman will bounce back
