Fit my team into the cap perfectly, I'm unsure what to do with Crouch, what are people doing?

Otherwise I feel like I'm in a pretty good position, the split round might screw me if Leuenberger doesnt play but if he is out i'll just swap Rowe + Cox then play Macaffer over Rowe and plan a forward upgrade.
