Is KANE LUCAS in Carltons Best 22??

And if so you think he can avoid the vest?

Im curious on Lucas.
He copped the vest a bit last year... Mick has shown a bit of faith in him over the pre-season though. (It is only the pre-season.)
As a rookie priced player I don't particularly mind if his disposal isn't perfect, I would be happy if he is racking up 25-30 mediocre touches, he'd still be good for 70-100ppg any given day with adequate numbers.
The vest is a bigger worry IMO... but his fitness is good, you'd surely vest an impact player over a journeyman?!?!

Mick knows how to get the most out of players like Lucas and then make the mainstays in his 22. I souldnt be surprised if he slots Scotland in Gibbs old role (due to his excellent disposal efficiency) and throws Lucas in the mids and says to the kid "show me why you should be here son!"

He'll step up I reckon, and for that, he's in my side :)
