Team for 2013, Ist attempt, any advice??

Hi guys

This is my first attempt at SC for the year,

I have 20k in the bank.

I am really indecisive on my rookies, have Frost in there
for the time been and Spangher but am considering changing these two.

Have taken the 'Set and forget" approach in my rucks as last season I coughed up a total
of 6 trades in this position  :'(

Would greatly appreciate some feedback.
