I havent seen anything saying he was or not, dont they have to do all the rookie upgrades today?

LTI to Salter, can upgrade whenever, why not wait till late as possible with always the threat of injury to the player

Yeah he could still be upgraded later this week, no panic :P

Only 'nominated rookies' have to be upgraded today. Teams with LTI's can upgrade a rookie in place anytime. Obviously if he's going to play rd 1 we'll find out next week.
