Saw a tweet that said he was elevated yesterday but i cant find anything to say this is true.

Blicavs hasn't been elevated yet but since they already have LTI's they can upgrade him anytime.

There have been some misleading stories released of late. Wish they would only report facts rather than possibilities stated as if they are fact.
