The annoying thing is that we wont know if he is gonna play or not until 2 weeks time which makes it impossible to pick players from the first week of round 1 to replace him like Bellchambers, Jacobs, Ryder, Griffin or playing Cox in the ruck

You could put cox in your fwd line and have rowe on your ruck bench for MPP

BRISBANE had further cause for celebration over the weekend with ruckman Matthew Leuenberger playing half a match in the reserves.

Only played half a game and will only resume full training this week so will be vastly underdone.  Will have to wait for Thursday when training resumes to see as Lions have been given 5 days off after NAB Cup win.

Hard decision though do we risk him being named with split round or not. Could run the risk and then look at the North Rookies if named as replacement with rolling lock out.
