Monty has him listed as a fwd/mid. If so what are peoples thoughts. Anyone have any news about him could be a bit of a break out contender under mick malthouse. A bit of a smokie but could easily fail.

As a fwd/mid you would have to consider him.
But there is better options out there

Having a look at his pre season scores last season he was scoring pretty well.

LeCras, Vickery, Gray, Rohan, Byrnes, Varoce, D.Menzel and Lee are all better and are cheaper.
I would also rather pay a little extra and go for a Bock, Knights or Kennedy.
Lucas wouldnt be the worst option and I believe he can have a break out season, but there is better value elsewhere

I like him, but only if he's a mid/fwd.
Will breakout next year I reckon. He has heaps of talent and was eased into the AFL this year

Yeh he finished the year off well didn't he. I'm thinking of starting two mid pricers. Le cras is almost a definite. Now Im just throwing names up for the last spot. It's between a couple including Lucas tyson and Matty wright. If tyson does get mid/fwd status will definately come into consideration. Although I just don't see him averaging over 90 which I want my breakout player to do. What are your thoughts j roo in terms of mid pricers for the fwds?

I will probably be going with LeCras and Varcoe. Wright is a good unique option and Sylvia is on my radar too

Wright is premo forward cost already, so not really a midpricer :P
Sylvia is also borderline premo cost.

Midpricers would fall around the 300k mark you'd think.

At the moment I have rockliff, wright, syvlia, lecras locked into my team. Wright may become Daisy though. I am also one of the few who like varcoe although gray/knights are tempting!

73 and 84 in his last 2 nab games, looks to me like he is set in the 22.

slightly more expensive than i would have liked.

he IS the NAB cup specialist though haha.. from memory he killed the NAB cup as well last year but then didn't show a great deal during the season ::) :P
