Hey mate. Structures pretty good, but I have to question some picks.

Malceski - this guy drove me insane last year and its not the first time. IF he could stay fit AND get his old role back that Rhys shaw and others seem to be taking over then MAYBE. He is a quality player, despite being dropped before finals he kicks the winning goal in the GF. The backline is a good place to take a risk, and he could pay off and be a massive POD but about 100 K too much for me.

Love the unique mids BUT too many mid pricers/fallen premiums. I can see value in ROK (easy start) Fyfe and Mundy (underpriced) but not all 3. I would get a 120 + scorer like Swan/Selwood/Watson/JPK etc.

Like Bellchambers he's decent value. Not sure on Goldy as Currie out rucked him in the NAB. maybe save some money here for other lines.

Sylvia promises so much but never delivers. Depends on his attitude and how much mid time he gets. Could be worth it. Is talented and capable.

Kennedy is value but don't expect huge scores. He takes marks and kicks goals but not much else SC wise. IMO u have too many mid pricers here too. (Syvlia/Kennedy/Karnezis) Need another premium. Have u also looked at Varcoe? Not sure where all the Karnezis love is coming from. He won't get enough mid time IMO.

Basically I would downgrade Malceski and/or Goldy - then upgrade Mundy/Fyfe/ROK and get another premium forward.

Thanks mate.

Strangely enough Malceski burnt me last year too. It is a risk but I think it is worth taking as he could turn into a cheap D5-6. The reason I chose him is it is his 3rd season after his LARS, last time this happened he averaged 96. His preseason has been very good, think he can average in the 90's, may be I am just a gluten for punishment.

The theory on the 3 value mids are to save cash, but I think 2 can fill the M7-8 spots, the other will pumpkin into a super prem round 6ish

ROK - different role now as an inside mid, averaged 116 from round 8 onwards last year, expect him to do the same

Mundy and Fyfe can average 110-115 if fit, rolling the dice a little with this...

Goldy is only just hanging in there, all depends on the round one teams. Hope he gets named as the sole ruck as he is much more unique now than a month ago.

Think you're right about Karnizis, I may be caught up in the hype! This weekend will determine his fate. Sylvia's second half if last year was good, think he will start ok this year, hope to turn him into Buddy at some stage... JJK is there as because he can score large and jump in value quickly, hope he strings a couple of good games together to get to $400K or so. The advantage of mid pricers is that they reach their ceiling earlier than rooks, that's the theory anyway...

I think Goldy may not end up being there and will have to shuffle around the lines, thanks for the advice. How's your team looking?
