My guess is at least 15. The last time Essendon walked away with a first round draft pick on par with Daniher, he played every round of the season. Daniher is not your average kid, he's mature, developed and refined beyond 18. Not to mention Essendon's recent coaching staff appear to be far better at developing young talent than prior to the Hird era.

I suspect that Hirdy is keeping him wrapped in cotton wool until the bigtime starts.  If he fires, Essendon will be hard to stop!
