Looking really good atm in my opinion.
Any Faults you can see?
Really think Mundy will step up and become elite this year and will be a fourth prem mid for me to start withand Moloney just adds that bit of security incase Munsy doesnt reach the heights i think he will.
Have gone with three prems and one breakout hopeful in both forwards and backs. fairly confident Watts and Martin can step upto the prem category.
Rucks are pretty standard with Jacobs and Luey.

Brendon Goddard, Heath Shaw, Bryce Gibbs, Jack Watts, Brett Goodes, Jasper Pittard
Sam Colquhoun, Dean Terlich

Gary Ablett jnr, Scott Pendlebury, Patrick Dangerfield, David Mundy, Brent Moloney, Oliver Wines, Kane Mitchell, Brad Crouch
Jaeger O'Meara, Jack Viney

Sam Jacobs, Matthew Leuenberger
Sam Rowe, Daniel Currie

Dean Cox, Dayne Zorko, Tom Rockliff, Dustin Martin, Travis Varcoe, Shannon Byrnes
Brent Macaffer, Tom Lee

$6,200 left

What do you think of my team?
Any feedback will be much appreciated
Thanks, Cortez

26 looks and no rates. Feel sad?  :'(

If you're happy with 'Watts his name' and Martin then cool.

Colquhoun's JS??

7 top flighters out round 13 already. So 30 - 7 and 4 rookies (as it stands) = 19 if ALL your guys play. Tight and leqaves you no room to grab Swan, Beams, Watson, Murphy, Walker, Wright if they slay it.

Both Zorko and Rockliff and Leue and Moloney from what really is an average team is a worry for me.

If your risks come off then great.

Good luck.

So sad wish I had more replies :'(
Not really worrying about rookies, will see who gets picked round 1 but the kid looks good!
Byes? Pfft, why base your whole team around 3 rounds, so much can happen between now and then anyway!
And the Brisbane boys well you tell me which one out of Zorko and Rocky won't avg over 100? And which one out of Luey and Moloney won't make money?

Cheers fir the reply mate, not so sad anymore that ive got you  :DJJJ

Well I may as well put my 2 bobs worth in , this is looking like you are getting close to being happy with your team  apart from Shaw who has a bad habit of doing dumb things and goodes actually being named round 1 backline is solid . Midfield no weakness there, rucks I will be seeing how leuy goes this week if he does not start to fire we will all have to make a decision on him , if rowe does not get a game you could get mcbean and save some cash but all up good team. Almost forgot your forward line which is strong and just have to wait and see which young guys get a game round 1 cheers.

cuz_crew

great team 8.5 out of 10

good rookies, solid mid and forward line

tor01doc is retarded dw lol

those 4 brissy players are solid.

wtf does this even mean? -  So 30 - 7 and 4 rookies (as it stands) = 19 if ALL your guys play. Tight and leqaves you no room to grab Swan, Beams, Watson, Murphy, Walker, Wright if they slay it. (Wright is an average player and always will be).

I would drop watts.

Broughton or duffield are better options.

Nice team now Cortez.

Know you do not build Round 1 Team around byes but you need to develop the trading plan so you can maximise your bye returns by trading in players with Round 11 and Round 12 byes.

Doc was trying to point out that with 7 Round 13 bye players the the maximum players available for Round 13 is 19 and you need 18 scoring so the need to not trade in any more Round 13 prems,  It is actually 20 not 19 according to me.

The Rationale for 20 players available is:
You have 3 premium defenders with Round 13 bye and only 2 emergencies so one is left on the field.
You have 3 premium mids with Round 13 bye and only 2 emergencies so one is left on field.
So that leaves 20 players to play on field assuming you have no more Round 13 rookies or mid pricers left in your team.

Not saying you need to change Team now but watch the trading and you will climb the rankings during the bye.

Rate Team 8.5/10 mainly due to the risk with Mundy at M4 if he does not improve would prefer at M5.

tor01doc

Goddard / Shaw / Gibbs / GAJ / Pendles / Danger / Crouch / O'Meara / Jacobs / Rowe / Macaffer = 11.

30 - 11 = 19.

Of course I am not stressing too much about byes, but, if there is a lineball decision eg Selwood vs Delidio (an example only so don't start a thread on who is better out of these 2!) then why not pick the one who has the bye in the round that has potentially the least effect on your team?

I also know that Crouch, O'Meara, Rowe and Macaffer may have been upgraded by then. And injuries etc etc.

But who will come in? Surely you can see this team improving with Swan and even Beams if he kills it. Then Walker starts smashing it and you want him too.

Just a little fine tuning can help and yes cuz, your team is the best.
