My early season thoughts were yes, but he just seems to be struggling a little with the level in pre-season, working his way into games and going well in second halves

He's still pretty young and although a good size, am now thinking Riley (watch him ;) ) and Lyons also Crouch may get lookins first

But if playing round one i'd get on, has a big tank and is an impressive unit and can play, almost Simon Goodwin like, at some stage will be in the team, this year is still a quiry but if named R1 i'd go for it as it's a sign of his stature around the club, so much young talent and depth that the confidence shown if he is named then get on

But expect Aiden Riley to pip him

Yeh agree. Think he's a definately sub candidate. Not too many other options though but luckily Adelaide are the first to play rd 1 so if he plays and doesn't start as the sub he'll probs be my last bench spot.
