Rookies are a bit of a tough one at this time of year
All the ones you have picked are pretty much on everybodies list or at least on their radar
all we (you) can do is continue to watch them in the NAB cup and see how they go.
Even then that will not guarantee them a game come round 1

First of all i would use up as much of that $225,000 you have.
The rookie you could look at in defence is Lewis Stevenson replace Saunders with him and start him in Round 1 is Vlastuin is given the Green Vest.
Mids: The Concern i have here is Tom Viney if he continues to be used like James Magner was last year he will not score Well.
Rucks: I think you need a dpp in the ruck Rowe is the best option at the moment
Fwds:  not sure about Growden & Atkins will they get early games
